Here is some updated news from the Dan Purser Band camp! 

February 4th Update from the studio: We are still in the pre-production stage of recording the new record. This is my favorite part of making a record because Pre-production is where you get to be creative, throw out ideas, and try them all in each song. Eventually putting together a blueprint before going into the studio and finally recording. I'll be updating the website each week with news about the new record and any upcoming dates.

Finally, about upcoming dates... I've gotten a hand full of emails and phone calls asking about the lack of shows booked the near future. Last year I recorded my first album with Justin (Armstrong) which is still the best album I've done to date. However in the process I was playing way to many shows during the recording and eventually got burnt out. This time I want to avoid getting burnt out and be ready to start promoting the album when the time comes. Thank you for the emails and phone calls, it means a lot!
